Default Need Real Estate Info./Advice Re: Wilmore Area

I posted this question in the Lexington area and didn't get a response. I probably should've posted in this forum. My mistake...
I'm looking for any info. re: the Wilmore area regarding real estate.

My son/dil moved to Wilmore in May so he could attend Asbury Seminary. They are debating on buying or renting in that area since they'll be there for the next 3-4 yrs.

Does anyone know how difficult or easy it is to sell a home in this area? They're wondering if the size(small) of Wilmore might make it more difficult for a resale when he finishes school or with the Seminary and Asbury College both being in Wilmore would compensate for the smaller population?

I know nothing about the area since we live in a different state. I'd appreciate any info. or thoughts you could send my way.

Thank-you for your time and help in advance.

Wilmore should be a strong market when people realize the opportunities for owning real estate have never been better. It's a bit south of Nicholasville and suffers a bit from poor roads, but I would buy Wilmore now especially if planning to hold the property longer than three years.

I can't say more, but I have family working in Jessamine County banking from which I base this opinion.
