Hi all- I've been looking to get to Kentucky for a while now, mainly Louisville, or Lexington. I've grown tired of the endless WI winters, and pathetic social climate. The trouble I'm having is finding an employer that is willing to consider on out of stater. I understand why I guess, although it maybe isn;t fair (who said life WAS fair anyways
) I've always liked Kentucky, the weather, the people, the scenery, and would sure love to be part of it. Is there something I can do to get employers to at least consider me. My work history is a good one, and as a mid-level professional, I'm not in such high demand, but would still be a great fit somewhere. Are there any suggestions out there besides the usual Monster, CareerBuilder? Thanks all for your help.
