Never have been to that one. I've gone to the 400 mile yard sale, that follows US 68 from Paducah to Maysville every June.

I've seen quite a bit of home made stuff but mainly just a big 400 mile rummage sale. Don't know where you live but might check around. There are several versions of this. There is on on US 60 running, I think from Smithland to Brandenburg (almost to Louisville) HWY 41 Yard Sale! and another one down US 41 and 41A from Henderson to the Tennessee line. HWY 41 Yard Sale! Joked with a friend of mine that she would love it if all three of these were the same weekend. She said her husband wouldn't see her for several days and he may have to file bankruptcy with all she would buy on all three. lol
The one on 68 is the only one we've gone to see. My wife says we have enough "rummage" in our house now! lol

We decided to go last Friday - we spent about 2 1/2 hrs. on 127 looking at a whole lot of junk - we went to one place where they had covered booths with a few pieces of painted furniture - way too much money for what it was. I bought a used handmade rug that was a decent price but most things that were really antique or nice vintage were as much if not more than they would be in an antique store....mostly what we saw was a lot of overpriced tools, dirty old dishes and glassware and tons of old ugly clothing.

We used to see antique dealers pulling trailers going along the route but I only saw one trailer being pulled....it is bad junk sale stuff for the most part....granted there may be some good things nestled in a corner in one of the 50 booths of junk at a stop, but we tired quickly of the search.

I grew up near 127 in Casey / Russell counties and still visit periodically. If you NEED yard sale things it's a great opportunity. Otherwise it's a traffic nightmare
