Wonderful pics, censusdata. Versailles doesn't change much, does it? I'm glad it doesn't. Your pictures look EXACTLY like the Versailles I grew up in, back in the 70's. You should post 'em on the Lexington sticky, too.

I thought about posting them on the Lex sticky, but rural KY sticky gets a ton more views. Versailles has one of the best Main Street areas I've seen in KY (and there are a lot of nice ones). Downtown has retained its historic touch, but Ver-sells is really starting to grow, there are hundreds of new homes being built along Bluegrass Parkway at the KY 33 exit and along the new bypass from 33 to US 62.

Have you not seen London's downtown? There has been a major streetscape project downtown and it's not complete yet. There's also a lot of new construction going on.
