Default Want Kentucky-need good school, job and affordable rental home

Very interested in the beautifullllll state of Kentucky, would love to move there-but not sure what part would be the best for my family? I need a good school that has speech therapy for my 4yr old and good school for my 8th grader. I am also in need of affordable rental housing with 3 bedrooms. I have experience in local/short haul driving but will take a 10 or 12 hour factory job. I desire a change and would love to grow old in your beautifulllll state- please give helpful info= thank you

As often as I complain about Jefferson County Public Schools, when it comes to special needs, JCPS is outstanding. Look to Louisville. I would look at Jeffersontown area (J-town).

If you find a home in the J-town area, you are just minutes from Taylorsville Lake and many smaller lakes and streams.
