Sylvan Learning Center Owensboro, Ky.
I am thinking about using Sylvan Learning Center in Owensboro, Ky to work with my child. Due to low grades, I had them assess my 8th grader and they have recommeded two programs.
Has anyone utilized their services? Thank you!
