Default Pulaski County

What is the deal with the mismatch in population between the 2007 Census Kentucky released and what wikipedia says about Pulaski County? I don't understand what's going on.

Wikipedia is known for it's errors. It's not a reliable source of information, I'll just say that. I don't use it because I know it's probably wrong.
