Smile Pen Pals

I'm wanting to move to South Central Kentucky ( Burkesville, Columbia, Liberty, etc. area) and want to know if anyone would like to be pen pals and let me know things about the area, properties for sale, etc. I have been making trips down there to look at homes for the past few years now, but many times by the time I find them online they are gone or not how they were listed when I get there. I LOVE your area of the country and can't wait to live there. Thanks, Denise

I don't know about 'pen pals', but I am very familiar with the area having family in Adair, Russell, Casey, and Pulaski counties.

How much house/ land do you want and for how much?

I'm actually looking for as many acres as I can find with a home for as much under 90,000 as possible. I know that means it will probably be a fixer-upper, but that's okay. We've seen quite a few that were in that price range, but nothing has been right yet. I just love Adair and Casey counties. Green county also is just beautiful. Not really interested in woods though, since I can't garden in them. Thanks for replying.

My grandma's estate is for sale. I think it is 75 acres for around $100,000. It is in Southern Casey County, I could get you more info if you want it.

What type of home is it? I'll take as much info as possible. Is there a basement? What city, etc. Is there a way for you to email me the info off this site? Thanks so much.
