The south side and the east side are the best areas. You can get a little more house for the money on the south side (42104) zip code than the east (42103). The south side has more new construction also. What type of neighborhood and house are you looking for?

A newer area would be nice. We would want to rent for a while. That way we could figure out the best area for us before we make a permanent commitment. We would need to rent a 3-4 house with at least 2 baths. Thanks for the info......I will look up rentals in those areas!!
