Just wanted to wish everybody a Merry Christmas! Ours is going to be spread out over several days, but looking forward to it. It got all the way up to 8 degrees today so my wife and I have been busy making candy to give out to our neighbors and friends. My wife made a couple batches of crock pot candy and I'm making peppermint bark and peanut butter fudge. We're topping off the week with a trip for our 21st anniversary on the 29th. My wife can't travel much with her health, so we've got a hotel room reserved in Murray, just 20 miles away.

Wife's family came from Hopkinsville for their Christmas today. When step daughter left home they had just started a rolling black out there. What's funny is they stopped to eat at Cracker Barrel in Cadiz and their power was shut off. They had their food but couldn't leave because they couldn't pay until power came back on. lol
