Kimmiey...When you said above, "Wondering about housing there, where do you mean? In Jackson County? Please advise.

Well, the adventure continues.
All the house inspectors were here yesterday, & everything went well.
Donna & I are packing all our 'stuff', & have over 75 already.
We lined up a mover....& I'm still trying to recover from 'price' shock. WooWee !
I have to make a trip to Ohio to get some of my things still there & try to coordinate the move from there with the move from Florida.
Keep us in your prayers. Love to all.
God Bless.

G' Morning Joe! Sounds like you and Donna are on the move! Hopefully the weather will warm back up by the time you get here. Just wanted to let you know the buttercups and crocus are blooming, and the tulips are up. The Bradford Pear trees have started to bud, as well as the Forsythia. If you head this way within the next 2 weeks, you should be in for a "colorful" welcome home. All the best, ~joanna~

Hi Steve...Glad you got the pics. Just got back from Ohio, & made 2 trips to my new place in Jackson County....Once heading North....actually stayed overnight & wandered about the new homestead.
The second was on the way home to Florida from Ohio. On the spur of the moment, I thought I'd stop in Berea (Actually Exit 76) & take some nice pics of the budding trees & flowers for Donna. To my surprise, I ran into a cousin of Donna & his wife. Naturally they wanted to see our place, so they followed me there & were delighted by the land & the house.
They are thinking of selling their home here in Florida also & moving to the Berea area. I really think they are 'Big City' folks though, love to golf year round, & want & need the amenities of a bigger city than Berea. But who knows? I've been known to be wrong before.
Donna & I continue to pack (Over 100 boxes as of today)....have got the moving company lined up, the closing dates here in FL & KY are set, & I believe everything is a 'go'.
Please keep us in your prayers that everything goes smoothly.
God Bless.
