NO!
There is a saying in KY, "If you don't like the weather just wait, it will change."
I'm just glad it is not snow or ice.
I think every states weather has changed over the past several years.
California got snow this week, which has hurt the citrus crop.

Dianna - From somewhere around November until somewhere in April - it may not always rain, but gray skies are the norm, and hummingbird is right - the weather changes constantly! I have seen 60 degrees and sunshine to 30's and snow/sleet all in one day. Not kidding!!

The only good thing - for people who really enjoy the 'four seasons' they definetly have it here!

A tip for those of you who can't stand the gloom - find a tanning bed! It is really the BEST medicine around here for the blahs!!!

Ask the Kentucky farmers if it always rains--they got burnt up summer before last. This year was better, thank goodness. You can get weather data on the major cities in the state at the home page for city-data.com, which may even include the number of cloudy days. You may have to drill down through some menus, but I think it's there somewhere.
