Hi,

I would like to know if an American-Mexican family of four would find it diffcult to fit in here? I'm thinking there aren't too many bilingual (Spanish/English) folks in this part of the US, but are the locals/residents welcoming to people of diverse background?

The company I work for has a warehouse in Hebron and from looking at realtor.com the area is affordable and very clean/nice. It definitely seems like the kind of place where my wife and I can raise our daughters and the good stuff that comes along with that.

We're very much into minding our own business and live and let live. Also, we do not attend church or very much into religion. Would this be a problem?

Any insight is appreciated.

Oh, one more thing. Are tornadoes a regular occurance in this part of the state?

Thanks!

There are very few damaging tornadoes in North Central KY (most are from Owensboro to Somerset to the west)

Northern KY is quite suburban and moderate culturally - it's not exactly podunkville. There are also lots of really good schools, especially in Boone & Kenton Cos

Boone county is very diverse as it is one of Kentucky's fastest growing areas. Here a link for general school information.

Good luck on the move!
