Default Need information about Nicholasville

I have a client looking to purchase a home in Nicholasville under $130,000. I am somewhat familiar with the area, but want to do my best to make sure I know as much as possible.

Can anyone tell me if there are areas to avoid, or are unsafe? Any particular areas that you love? Are there any nicer areas that have older homes that you just love?

Thanks for your help!
