I congratulate them. I wish the same could be said about Murray. WAY overpriced, IMO.

That's great for Nicholasville, but there's plenty of other towns in the state that could also qualify.

I always thought nicholasville was a great place, it seemed alot of houses had a good amount of land compared to those in Lexington
