Default employee health insurance

The last two jobs that I have had here in KY did not offer health benefits/and or insurance to its employees even if they were full time. Is that a common way to run businesses around here? Does anyone else work at a job full time without health insurance?

Uhh, no it's not common at all. I believe most employers offer benefits, usually after 90 days of employment.
