A nice summary. I think it shows how "red" Kentucky is. All GOP other than the two southerners, Carter and Clinton.
Oh, I think we know!!

This also shows how accurate Kentuckians are in picking a President, since they were spot on each year in who won. That might concern some if they are in support of Obama.

With this disaster of a governor we have right now, I doubt Kentucky will go Democrat nationally...I don't even know who voted for this governor since no one admits it now.

The problem is the Democratic primaries pick leftists like Gore and Kerry rather than centerists/ Southern Democrats like Edwards. Republican primaries rarly pick the far right candidate like a Forbes or Buchanan.
Obama's main problem in KY isn't that he's another Jesse Jackson, it's that he's another Howard Dean.

That is a very good point. If you read the political thread, Obama supporters think it's because we are a bunch of uneducated, toothless, redneck, racist hillbillies...lol.

I think that has a lot to do with the exit polls where people ADMITTED that race was an issue.

Race is not an issue for me, but I wonder how many people won't admit that it is.
