Default Florence KY?

I was hoping to find out some information on Florence KY. I live in downtown Cincinnati right now, but my husband and I are researching a move to the Florence area next year. We are new to the area and I want to find out what Florence is like i.e. things to do, what is close, perks about living in that area...any help would be great thanks!

I am not going to pretend to know everything about Florence. I have been there several times, but never lived there, or anywhere within an hour of there. It has a mall and a minor league baseball team. It seems like a nice enough suburban town. Pretty generic in nature as far as stores and stuff. I guess I am not that much help, moreso than the first responder I guess. Just trying to help.

Florence has good schools, Boone County, Ryle, Conner, Cooper, all public, has good parks, and tons of shops.

Mall road, movie theaters, mall, coffee shops, a water park, ect. You are close to everything that is anything in NKY. You can get to Newport on the Levee or down to Covington in minutes.

I've never lived in Florence but our son has. It is a wonderful place from what we saw when we visited with him.

What makes Florence stand out in my mind is the people. Very friendly, the kind that will talk to you over the fence as both of you are grilling.

Don't mistake Florence or for that matter Northern Ky. to be South Cincinnati because it's not.
