This is starting to sound like Katrina

In Louisville only HALF of Kroger stores are open

If they don't have power, what can you do? How the hell do all these stores not have a natural gas powered generator? They will spend more throwing away spoiled food then they would have buying a generator. Smart businesses. I used to work at the Krogers in Murray (10 years ago) and when the power goes out, the generator kicks-in and doesn't miss a beat. It doesn't light every aisle, but it keeps the freezers, coolers and lights in every other aisle working.
