I can almost taste that 4000 pound ham biscuit! I'll be there this weekend. Home of the Trigg County Country Ham Festival in Cadiz, Trigg County, Kentucky. The best country hams in the world are produced here in Cadiz and Trigg County. You'll have to click on the WKDZ FM ad for the schedule of events.
Digger you can have 4 lane all the way here. Take I-75 to I-24 and get off at Ky. exit 65, then follow the crowd! lol

Missy, weren't you the one who had the thread with stories of several country ham processors in the state? Go online and order you some ham! lol
Meacham's Country Hams, up in Sturgis where I used to live, starts hiring more workers late October to keep up with the Christmas rush.
