On the other hand Danville had a lot to choose in that regard but is almost too big for us. We'll be relocating from a large nearby city specifically to get away from the traffic and rat race. It's going to be a difficult decision which one to choose; can anyone out there be of assistance? Thanks.
I lived in Harrodsburg while I was a teenager and from the time I turned 21 I have lived in Danville. The choice is Danville. You still get the small town feel but are able to find more to do. I love the schools here. i have three boys who have done very well in this school district. You can also choose Perryville whcih is still Boyle COunty but is more rural. Danville is a beautiful town with so much more to offer.

If you like breathing cigarette smoke nearly everywhere you go, Harrodsburg will be the place for you. It's rather run down & I can't say the people are very friendly either. Danville, by comparison, is the place to be.
