Buttermilk is on a distinguished road
Default Antique and Junk Stores

My sister in law loves shopping for antiques and My wife and I like to shop for junk. We all take a little trip every few weeks to nearby small towns within about 150 miles of Clarksville Tennessee and seem to have run out of places to go. Anyone know of any great little out of the way places that might be of interest to us? Northern Middle Tennessee or Southeastern Kentucky.

Thanks,

Jackson, Kentucky - R & M Liquidations, Hwy 30 East - lots of junk there. Spicer's Flea Market, Campton, Kentucky at Bethany - this man has more junk and old whatnots, antiques than he could ever sell - he could fully furnished 100 houses.

Hazel, KY has a TON of antique shops. It is right on the Tennessee border, 5 miles south of Murray. Well within the 150-mile radius of C'ville.

There is an antique mall in Sturgis, Ky. Sturgis is 70 miles from Cadiz so I know it's within 150 miles of Clarksville. When you get to Hoptown take the Pennyrile Parkway to Madisonville. 41-A qnd Ky. 109 smd U.S. 60 will take you to downtown Sturgis. I know it's not southeast Ky. but thought I'd mention it.

Thumbs up sturgis flea market

there is also a great little flea market in Sturgis KY right off of HWY 60. Just as you are coming into sturgis look for the u-haul rentals and right beside it is the flea market. Has everything you could possible want! Defiantly worth the drive :0) !!!

Antique store, try Cadiz, Hazel, Paducah, Hopkinsville, Mayfield pretty much any small town has at least 1 or 2 of them.

As for junk stores, try Wal-Mart.
