Default Relocating to CVG area - Please help!

Hello, My husband and I will be moving to the Cincinnati/Northern KY area in 2-3 months! My husbands job will be at the CVG airport so we would like to be no more than 30 minutes away. We will be renting and are not concerned about schools for now. Most importantly we want a safe, clean area. We would like to be close to some shopping, and maybe some fun nightlife (that is least important). We are a young couple and enjoy going out once in a while but prefer more of a suburban area. I would love to have some opinions on where the best places for us might be! Thank you in advance!

You have quite a few choices. My son used to work at CVG and he lived in Florence. I think he was less than 15 minutes away. I met a few of his neighbors and a lot of them seemed to work at the airport too.

Hope this helps.

Thanks so much for replying! Florence has been mentioned to us a few times so we will definitely check into it! We've also heard good things about Covington. Any opinion on that? We will possibly be looking for a furnished place to rent since we may not be there for long so in that case are there any areas to stay away from? Thanks again!

covington nice but has its bad parts. its more urban then suburban because its across the river from cincinnati. The are plenty of funished apartments there. Also look in parts of Ohio. I work just past the airport and live in Amelia Oh and takes avout 25-30 min. to get to work. And about 15-20 to downtown. Good Luck.
