Default Eastern KY / mostly Campbellsville / photo heavy!

Hubby and I had some rescue transport stuff to do yesterday so I took the chance to snap some photos. We currently live in middle TN, but have been looking at land in the NE part of the state. We didn't get as far north as we'd hoped as some problems came up on the other end of our transport, but we did get just outside of Campbellsville before we headed home.

While we were there we just fell in love with C'Ville though. What an adorable town, and the historic homes there are breathtaking! I love history and love that here are people willing to put the time, money and effort into saving old homes. Downtown was cute as can be and they are obviously working on saving some other buildings there. Way to go Kentuckians!!

Some of the older homes that have been restored:

Please forgive the quality of the shots. Hubby was driving as I was hanging out the window taking the pictures!

This is the downtown area. The first two are of a building the looks like it's being renovated maybe? I just fell in love with the architecture.

The justice center I think it's called that they are putting in. It's going to be quite impressive. As you approach the city the tower is the first thing you see.

Really nice pictures of Campbellsville. It is a nice town and Campbellsville University is a big boost to the economy there.
