Illinois citizens get low-interest loans for winter storm 09...we get???
Low-interest Loans for IL Storm Victims - Local 6 WPSD
What do we get here in KY, seeing as we were the hardest hit? Maybe there is help, but I have missed it on the news. Heck, I'm still waiting on the National Guard to come to our door to check on us. Illinois seems to be trying to help their citizens out. Come on KY. Get with it.
