I like your nickname bobcat! It could be worse, my husband calls me biscuit. A friend of mine invited us over to play a card game I couldn't grasp (I think it was called Nertz) and I said "I quit, I'm done" My friend's 6 year old nephew says, "You're done like a biscuit!" I've been called that ever since lol

I'm in coastal Southern California, and getting ready to purchase a home in Mayfield. I have lived in California for 43 years, and it is time for me to get out!!!

I can hardly wait to see some pretty country, and meet some nice folks. People I have met on the boards and talked to have been so nice and out going, I am amazed at their kindness! I AM NOT USE TO THAT IN LOS ANGELES!!!!!!! What a nice change, I can't wait to get relocated!

Born in Cincinnati, many years ago raised around the Dayton, and Wilmington area..
Met my Ky.Va h in the Army.
Lived in Kettering, Ohio for 10 years..Had 4 beautiful babies during that time.
Saw drugs filtering into the grade schools and wanted to be able to move my 4 kids to a place where I would know everyone in town and my kids friends, their teachers,etc..
I wanted a rural area to protect my children..
My H got a phone call one day from an old friend here who needed an electrical engineer for the mine he was superintendant at...

.My prayers were answered on that day aboyt 34 years ago...

I live in a little bitty town in Lawrence County called Blaine. We've got a population of about 240-250 some odd folks. My husband was raised here. I was raised in Grayson (Carter County) until I went to college in Berea. The husband (then boyfriend) and I lived in Richmond, Grayson, and Louisa before finally settling back down in good ole Blaine about 4.5 years ago.

I was born in Chicago and lived in northern Ohio from kindergarten through eighth grade. My family moved to Northern Kentucky (Florence) when I was 14. I immediately fell in love with Kentucky, and I've remained here ever since (28 years). Aside from Florence, I've lived in Independence, Covington, and Newport. I also called Bowling Green my home while I was in college (WKU). I now live outside of the town of Falmouth in Pendleton County, about half way between Cincinnati and Lexington.
