Default Kentucky State University

I was just looking at how cheap it is. I also see in ranks very low as far as incomming freshman ACT scores. Why is that? Is it still a good school or what?

I don't know if this is a serious question, or not. Regardless, I'll venture an answer. Kentucky State historically has been an African-American school, although a significant number of other races do attend there. I have had the pleasure of attending various conferences and other programs on campus, and found the student body to be enthusiastic, polite, and interested in learning. The campus itself is not large, but relatively nice. Some very contemporary buildings and others that are older. KSU is located in Frankfort and the city and state government has significant interaction with the school. I don't know the exact enrollment, but it is not a particularly large school in numbers. I believe that KSU provides a quality educational experience and is respected within the higher education community in Ky.
