Estill, Montgomery,and Powell all have small farm areas, and you can find some nice places, but they tend to be rather isolated.

You mention SW Kentucky, you're talking about down like the lakes area possibly on towards the Mississippi River, right? Quite a few rural areas around and you shouldn't have much trouble anywhere.
