Elizabethtown rental Help (for sale, houses, school district)

I need 3 but would prefer 4 bedroom home to rent while im waiting for mine to sell. My limit is 900 a month and lower?? Is that not enough we want to be in the school district etc by school time. we are moving from metro Chicago area where we are going to rent our home while we wait for it to sell Help??
