Here in Northern VA that may be 80-90% of the workforce for some businesses.

I hold all accountable. Them, you, me, the government. We had all better obey the law. I got on the wrong side of it once and nearly lost my freedom for something I didn't do and now I have a different take on things. We must respect each other. We must uphold the law. If the laws don't serve our needs, we need to change the laws to reflect our needs. Immigration can be a wonderful or terrible thing. We need to make sure it is a wonderful thing. No illegal immigrants should be in this country, period! None! Not one. If you are not here legally, you should not be here. Simple! If you are here illegally, you, I and our government should act swiftly to insure you are dealt with promptly. I have no problem with returning busloads of illegals to the border and saying, "Go home and fix your own country! That's what we do here in The USA! We fix our problems!" We should all be accountable.

I'm thinkin' the legal ones don't hang around 7-11s by the hundreds, waiting for a potential employer to pick 'em up either.

I think you guys in Kentucky must be clueless to what a real illegal immigration problem looks like. A handful show up and all of the sudden you have a problem? People in the Southwest have been dealing with it for centuries.

I like Texas' approach to it. Instead of fighting what they cant control, they dont try to close the border, they just have absolutely no kind of programs to help them like California does. So that when illegals get here, they have to bust their butts or starve.

The legal ones don't stay home from work when a rumor of an ICE raid floats thru the plant.

I live on LI, where there are towns that you can't stop at in the morning, if you drive a pickup ,without "workers" literally jumping in your truck!! It has truly happened to me!!

I'm sure Texas has it worse. But because it's been going on "for centuries", we should now just tolerate it and accept it as the norm??
