Default London Ky

I have a chance to move to London Ky, in the coming weeks, and would love to hear from anyone about Laurel County and the city of London.
I am form Ohio, and I am sick of the snow and the expensive of living here.
I am looking to slow down the pace some and I had a couple of choices in Ky to pick from. Those being Lexington, Ashland, Glasgow, Crestwood,Paintsville and Bowling Green.
For the first year, it will just be me moving, but then next summer the wife and 2 kids might come down.
How are the schhols in Laurel County? I have a High Schooler and a Grade Schooler. My wife is a Home Health Home, and I work for the USPS.
I will be looking for a house or apartment to rent, nothing fancy.
I not to concerned about "night life", but would like to do somethings on the weekends.
Any information would be helpful.
Thank you in advance,
Joe

Wow, that's a lot of choices you have there. You can do a search on here for London at the top of the screen, there's been a lot posted about the area. I think all the towns on your list are nice places though.

out of your list I would choose Bowling Green hands down...and I have lived in most of your list do to relocations.
Absolutely no to Glasgow or Ashland.
Paintsville is nice but you are probably too Northern to fit in ...but the cost of living is low.
London is fine but very cliquey and cost of living(keeping up?) is high.

Of the towns you mentioned, I would pick Crestwood.
