Default Relocating to campbellsville area

Hi, Our family will be relocating to Campbellsville KY area due to a new job for my husband. We have 4 children age 14, 12 ,5 and 3. Education very important to us ,need recommendation for good school within area, houseing in $ 250,000 range. Is there a town or area within 30-45 mins from Campbellsville that has shopping areas, dance schools, performing
arts? Our daughters are involved in dance and competitive dancing. Also how is area to raise family? What is weather like ? We are from northeastern Pennsylvania. Use to cold however don't like it. I read where it rains alot in Kentucky? Is that true? Any questions or additional information will be greatly appreciated. Also any local hospital or pediatric clinics to work at? I am a nurse. Thanks

There is not much of anything in Campbellsville! To me it is a very small town far away from anything. They do have a nice lake and state park area.

The best thing for you to do would be to come to the area for a few days or a week. What one person considers small with no amenities, you might feel meets your needs. There are many jobs in the medical area. You might want to look at Columbia or even Glasgow depending on where your husbands job is.

I'm sure you will enjoy the weather here. I'm originally from Massachusetts, then lived in Florida for 19 years before moving here last year. I'm very happy here.
