Question Four lane highway Maysville to Morehead

It appears to be really difficult to go from Maysville (Mason County) to any other location in Kentucky. I would think that a four lane road from Maysville to Morehead----a connection to 64----would do a lot to open up that area and provide a safer high speed route. Also, would provide access to Morehead University.

Anyone have any idea how many students from Mason County attend Morehead University?

Has the state ever considered building a new road or upgrading the present ones (32 & 11) to four lane status?

The Kentucky Transporation Cabinet in conjunction with the Governor's office, and the state Legislature maintain and continually revise a "6 year road plan." The current plan is published at: 2008 Highway Plan.

I hope this can help you with a very good suggestion about Mayfield to Morehead.
