but, we are having a hard time locating what I feel is an honest realtor in looking for a home in Kentucky (Bardstown area) The last realtor we had did something we felt was slightly unethical so when we did not get the home we made an offer on, we decided to not use this company again. If anyone knows of a hard working, honest realtor (does not need to be associated with a large realty chain) please messge me privately. We would appreciate this so much.

Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. I wish agents would realize that if they really take care of their people, it pays them back in the future. Who knows how many people you would have sent this agent if they had been trustworthy! Plus they could feel good about themselves too!

I don't know anybody in Bardstown, so this is really more of a bump to get you back at the top of the threads.

I found his site. Have not talked with him yet but am looking at his featured properties. We will send him a note as soon as the weather breaks here so we can get out this spring to look around in B-Town again. We got 12-16 more inches of snow yesterday. I don't know about everyone else but this white powdery stuff just isn't working for me anymore.

Naw, we are in Annapolis. You should see this stuff all over the ground. Honestly, the last 24 inches was bad enough.
