I love the views of West Liberty!! I'd like to see more pictures!! How is the housing market? How about apartments? Sell West Liberty to me!1 I'm interested in settling down in a small town in my older age!!

Where is West Liberty? On the Ohio border? Ky has some great small towns.

I don't know much about West Liberty, but a Richmond Police Officer I worked with was from West Liberty and he said it was a wonderful, small town. He just wanted more pay in the law enforcement field.. ergo..the move to Richmond PD.
