The local newspaper printed the Kingsport annual relocation report. To summarize, 1,579 families from 35 states moved there last year. Incidentally, Florida families relocating to Kingsport numbered 95. Thanks for posting this, I got it in my email and was going to post it here but you beat me to it LOL! I appreciate you.
I was so glad to see more people bought existing homes verses building new ones. I really like the fact that the local governments are very aware of the growth in the area and keep a close eye on it. Just to let you know, all that info comes from people signing up for water service.
