Hi everybody,

I know I haven't posted in months, but I thank you all for your helpful information on the forum. My husband finally decided to leave Miami ....he's been a sanitation truck driver for 14 years and he has another 16 till retirement. He gets good money and decent benefits, but like I've posted in the past - Miami is a nightmare, high cost of living , crowded....we can't take any more. I have been looking for fulltime empolyment as a dental assisant since April and for the first time in my career I have not been hired right away....I praid to get out of here and I guess part of the answer to my request was to close the doors for work! I don't care we will be in Johnson city soon....I need your help how can I contact the city employment agency and I am having a real hard time finding rentals - houses not appartments, that allow a small dog 25 pounds...thanks Ida

Congratulations! and an early welcome to TN!
As for work, I would contact places like Snelling or Randstad. For rents I will PM you a contact name and number of a rental agency that has a great reputation and does not charge a fee. (The one in JC that does charge a $50 fee is not a reputable company, beware) But their rentals do seem to fill quickly but seeing as you are looking at November, they might have something.
