Default Real Estate Market

I'm considering a move to the Tri-Cities area from Orlando and am concerned about jobs. I'm an experienced mortgage broker in a real estate office and all my leads are referrals from past clients and new buyers from the agents in my office. How strong is the market there for a new loan officer to get started from scratch? It will be difficult to leave my 10 year database of clients, but I'm determined to make a move. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.
