Propane and Firewood questions...NE TN area (for sale, how much)

What's the going price for Propane/heating fuel...
Also the price for full cord of seasoned hardwood ...
Trying to figure out which is the cheaper way to heat for the winter months. Understand there will be variables ...just trying to get a ball park estimate.
How are most houses heated in the area?

We use 100 gallon propane tanks. Cost is something like $60 per tank for a fill up and each tank last around a week on constant use. Maybe that can help you out some.

Thanks for the Propane info. That gives me a starting point. I know there are lots od variables involved.
Guess since n o one has left info about firewood, I wonder if that means I will need to gather my own as it's not available for sale in general.
I'll have to think about that idea a little more. Not sure how much I'll be able to gather before bad weather sets in once I get there.
