There is a lot of question about crime stats in East TN discussed on this forum, for that reason I felt it relevant to post a link from todays paper that gives an example of the shootings that happen around here.

Now mind you, I am NOT condoning gun use, or any crime, but I want you all to note that this is a typical local newspaper article that is about a gun related crime.(no, doesn't happen often) It was personal with a reason behind it, not random. Again, not saying there is ever a reason, in my opinion to be a vigilante.
