I spoke to my mother, who lives in Kingsport, yesterday--and she said there is so much planned for the city, it's unbelievable. The old 'Kingsport Press' building is turning into ETSU/UT and downtown is changing rapidly. Kingsport is doing good things. I always loved the layout of Kingsport and thought it was well-thought out. (of course, it is "the model city")
