Ironically, my folks have a mobile home that they are renting out in south Bristol in a nice park. They had let one of my mothers friends son and his wife "rent to own" it. They paid on it for 7 years, then decided they could not afford it. They are now renting it out to a couple that are originally from out west. There may be more in there for rental, but some of them are older. The one we have is a nice late 1990s model, well kept. We lived in it here on our property while we built the house... sold it and moved it out when the house was complete.
Really not sure about the ones in JC or KPT.
