2007 is the 5th best year for real estate
 I was reading an email from NAR and it said that 2007 will be the 5th best year in real estate. I guess all of those bad loans and foreclosures didn't hurt the market as bad as the media would have liked for the public to believe after all? Just thought that I would share that with everyone.
