It is GreenEville , but I'd say it is a little more than 20-25 minutes. Probably more along the lines of 40-45 minutes.

Yup, that's what I was thinking, more like 45 minutes, depending on what part of Greeneville you live in. If you're near I-81, it'll be much faster.

I did used to live by I-81 in Greene County, 4 miles from it actually, took me 50 minutes at an all out fly to get to the airport once. (Was running late to pick some one up due to unforeseen incident.) Just over an hour when I was obeying the posted speed limits.

I would first recommend the actual "Tri-Cities", that make up the "Tri-Cities". Bristol, Kingsport and Johnson City. Sad that Bristol often gets "left out" of the recommendations and I do not know why. I am not just saying that because I live here, because I family and friends in JC and KPT. It (Bristol) also has a extremely rapidly growing retail area, especially on the northeast side (near exit 7, which has been thriving for years), a very nice and thriving downtown (one city in two states), the race track - which is very good for the economy for the ENTIRE metro area.
