Default Kingsport Subdivisions/Neighborhood Profiles

Wondering if anyone knew of a website that could give me some insight on what the profiles are of the areas of Kingsport. The different subdivisions, and or neighborhoods. I cannot drive around and see them for myself, but thought maybe some of the locals could give me some insight or know of a website I could go to and find out. Just looking for an average type neighborhood, doesn't have to be fancy, just liveable in your opinion. Schools are not important as I am reaching retirement age. I realize this is a matter of personal preference, and what I am used to. But, where would u live? and where in Kingsport would you not want to live

Hello,
Wow, tough question there. I guess if it were me, I would feel safe and happy in just about any area of Kingsport except Lynn Garden or Bloomingdale. Can't think of any other areas that would make me nervous crime/neighbor wise other than those. Maybe someone else can have more of an insight for you.
Sorry, don't know if that helps you at all.
Maybe it would help us here to answer you better if you gave us some more info on your likes and dislikes. Do you want to live in the city to be able to walk or use public transportation? Do you have hobbies such as fishing that you want to be close to water or some other such hobbies needs? Do you want to buy or rent? What is your housing budget? Do you want to live outside of the city? That kind of info would really help us help you at least narrow down your search a bit.
