Greeneville health care is ok, but with those specialized issues, I would say the local doctors would be sending you to either Johnson City or Knoxville. You might want to look at those two places to be closer to them to begin with? Just a thought.

Grew up there; love it. But like mbmouse said, specialized issues and surgeries may require you to go to Johnson City (30 minutes away), which has great doctors. Although overall the doctors are pretty good, just not on the same level as Johnson City, Knoxville, or Asheville.
To my knowledge there is multiple schools that offer headstart, try this link:

Good luck!

Just went to see the Greeneville Astros play the Danville, VA Braves in baseball last night. The Astros lost 5 to 4, but it was still a very enjoyable evening. They play at Pioneer Park at Tusculum College. What a terrific baseball facilty. Johnson City's ball park is a dump compared to this park. It is an absolutely gorgeous baseball stadium. I highly endorse catching a game there. Also, the football stadium at Tusculum is a very pretty little stadium itself. This was the first time I had ever been to this campus and was stunned at how pretty this entire little college is. I will definitely be going back for sporting events this year.
