The guy lived out in our area on Sugar Hollow Road. According to the last news report I read, the man was alive in serious condition. Has anyone heard any updates.

I never heard any updates about that at all.

Did you hear about the guy that was shot dead in Bristol the other night by the police? That guy was about my age and we lived in the same neighborhood for a couple of years when I was about ages 6-8 years old. This guys dad worked with my grandfather for a few years as well many years ago... I think his dad had died back in the late 80s from cancer or something, then his mother died in the mid 90s. I had not seen him in years. Apparently he had a drug problem and had been in and out of trouble with the authorities. Sad he never got the help he needed and now those problems caused his death. Apparently he was trying to run over an officer. I feel bad for the family... I remember his sisters to an extent.

This is abysmal news. I guess the world truly is going crazy, just like they say in music and movies.

You may have a lousy local Fox affiliate that's not doing a good job of feeding news and film to the Fox News mothership.

Evidentally. That was months ago and AFAIK, they never did mention it. Sad thing is that I think our local NBC station is the Fox affiliate.... which was only a mile down the road from where this murder scene took place.
