Sullivan County EMS is currently looking for a
paramedic.
Sullivan Co. is easily the most populous county in NE Tennessee, followed by Washington County. I could be wrong but I would think that with their tax bases, these two counties would have the largest budgets for emergency medical services & probably offer the best pay in these parts.
Washington Co./Johnson City EMS
As I'm sure you know, it'll be quite a cultural & climatic transition for you & the family to move from Las Vegas to East Tennessee, if that's where you find yourself in 3 months. But w/ prudent planning & realistic expectations, y'all can make it happen.
Paramedics are some of the most undervalued (and undercompensated) professionals around, so kudos to you for sticking w/ it for so long! Hope everything works out well for you and your family wherever you end up.
