Yeah, as someone else explained, they are renaming Ft Henry Mall to Kingsport Town Center. Whereas the Kingsport Pavilion has Target, Kohls', etc. I would prefer Kingsport Pavilion as a new name for Ft Henry Mall, rather than "Town Center." Blah!
