Staples and PetCo coming to Kingsport, TN? (Franklin, Henry: house, rent)

Check this image out below! You may have to enlarge it. You can see some things though currently not built at Kingsport Pavilion such as Best Buy, Ulta Beauty, PetCo, and Staples.

Best Buy and Ulta have been confirmed as tenants but I hadn't heard of Staples or PetCo coming to this center until I saw this image!

Hmmm. The Pavilion is great news and development for Kingsport, but, I hope it doesn't drive Ft Henry Mall out of business. I know that they are renaming the mall "Kingsport Town Center" (bad idea), and renovating it, but can Kingsport serve these 2 huge new shopping centers? Pretty aggressive though, I must say! Good for Kingsport!

Hello, mb, I'm doing fine and I do love it up here. It's still an uphill battle to get the house in order. I don't have the time to get on here like the king of the castle. You know how it is, the queen actually has something to do.

I understood it as the "Kingsport Pavilion" was the new name for the Ft. Henry Mall? That is not 2 malls, but one rehabbed, bigger, better one? I'll clarify that with the city though, now I am so confused! LOL!

Oh, yea, that would be nice then. There is a really nice one of those in JC in that little strip mall in front of Wal-Mart on State of Franklin...can't remember the name but I have purchase several products there I can't get any where else.
